The GoVeloox app provides a seamless, secure, and user-friendly payment system designed to enhance the experience of both riders and customers. This article explains how the top-up wallet works, its key features, benefits, and an important update regarding transaction processing fees.
Upon registering with the GoVeloox app, every user is assigned a unique virtual bank account number. This account functions as a top-up wallet where funds can be deposited exclusively for delivery charges. The top-up wallet is central to ensuring smooth, cashless, and secure payment operations across the GoVeloox ecosystem.
Kindly note that a 1.4% transaction processing fee may be charged by our payment provider for wallet top-ups. Although applied to every transaction, this fee is capped at ₦2,000 maximum, regardless of the transaction amount. This ensures cost transparency and protects users from excessive charges.
The digital payment flow makes delivery booking and payment effortless and efficient.
Eliminating cash reduces the risks of theft, loss, or fraudulent transactions.
Users can track delivery and payment confirmations instantly within the app.
Electronic payments are processed quickly, enabling faster delivery completion and reduced delays.
A transparent, secure, and cashless system builds trust between riders and customers, ensuring confidence in every delivery.
