If you recently made a deposit into your GoVeloox wallet and the funds have not yet appeared, don’t worry. Deposits may sometimes delay due to temporary network issues from our payment service provider. This article explains why this happens and what you should do.
Why Deposits May Delay
1. Payment Service Provider Downtime
If our payment partner’s network is down, deposits may delay in reflecting in your wallet.
This is not caused by GoVeloox.
Such issues usually resolve automatically within a few minutes or a few hours.
2. Bank Network Delays
Banks may sometimes delay transfer confirmations, especially during peak hours or late at night.
3. Incorrect Transfer Details
Deposits may delay if the transfer was made to the wrong GoVeloox virtual account number.
What You Should Do If Your Deposit Has Not Reflected
1. Wait a Few Minutes
Most delayed deposits automatically reflect once the network stabilizes.
Give it 5–15 minutes and refresh your GoVeloox wallet.
2. Check Your Bank App
- Confirm whether the money was debited from your bank account.
- If not debited, retry the transfer.
- If debited, proceed to Step 3.
3. Confirm Your Virtual Account Number
Ensure you transferred to the correct GoVeloox virtual account number found in your app:
Wallet → Top-Up → Virtual Account Number
4. If Debited but Not Reflected After Some Time
If the funds have still not appeared after 30 minutes to 24 hour, follow these steps:
Users & Riders Should:
- Write to Hello@goveloox.com
, or - Send a message to any of our official GoVeloox social media handles
Our team will help review the issue and follow up directly with the payment provider.
Important Note
Deposit delays are almost always caused by temporary network downtime from our payment service provider, not from GoVeloox.
These issues usually resolve automatically once the provider’s network stabilizes.
